      A simple and colourful autumn side dish, blanched and flavoured with a mix of vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Irresistible as a tasty aperitif on bread croutons, excellent for stuffing gourmet scones. The sweet and sour note and the intense purple colour enrich light snacks such as mixed salads.
      Purple cabbage is grown on our farm's land in a natural and sustainable way.
